Абстракт

В статията са представени данни от контрола на беса в различни европейски страни чрез орална ваксинация срещу бяс при дивите хищници. Благодарение на оралните кампании инцидентите на бяс сред популацията от животни в Европа драстично са редуцирани или напълно са елиминирани. В зоните с ваксинация е провеждан активен надзор и пробите са изследвани с международно стандартизирани тестове, препоръчани от OIE и WHO.
