Референтни интервали на серумна мед, селен, рубидий, цинк и магнезий, с оценка на влиянието на възрастта, пола и физическата активност

Факторите на околната среда, бита и генома определят значимата вариабилност на микроелементния статус при популационни групи от различни географски региони. Това подчертава необходимостта от разработване на надеждни регионално специфични референтни интервали (РИ). Понастоящем липсват данни за РИ на елемента рубидий (Rb), както и за верифицирани с метода масспектрометрия с индуктивно свързана плазма (ICP-MS) РИ на мед (Cu), цинк (Zn), селен (Se) и магнезий (Mg) при лица от българска националност. Цел на настоящото проучване е да се установят популационни РИ за Cu, Zn, Se, Rb и Mg и да се оцени влиянието на факторите възраст, пол и физическа активност. Материал и методи: РИ са определени съгласно насоките на Института за клинични и лабораторни стандарти CLSI EP28-A3c. В проучването е включена референтна група от 120 директно подбрани здрави доброволци от българска националност (60 мъже и 60 жени на възраст от 18 до 65 години). Участниците са разделени в три групи: ниска (n = 29); средна (< 2 часа/седмица, n = 31) и висока (> 2 часа/седмица, n = 60) физическа активност. Серумните нива на Cu, Zn, Se, Rb и Mg са определени чрез ICP-MS. Резултати: Определени са следните РИ: Mg: 0.65-0.99 mmol/L; Zn: 9.7-16.5 μmol/L; Se: 0.69-1.41 μmol/L и Rb: 1.71-3.89 μmol/L. Констатирани са статистически значими разлики за Cu между мъже (10.7-19.2 μmol/L) и жени: (8.9-24.1 μmol/L), p = 0,003, както и между жени под и над 30-годишна възраст (p = 0,001). Установени са субоптимална концентрация на Se при 43% от референтната група, както и цинков дефицит при 22% от мъжете и 10% от жените. Заключения: В това проучване за пръв път са верифицирани РИ на Cu, Zn, Se и Mg в серум с метода ICP-MS и е установен РИ на Rb в серум за българската популация. Оценено е влиянието на факторите пол, възраст и физическа активност върху концентрациите на изследваните елементи.
