Канабис – дрогата с история и бъдеще: мащаб на проблема, характеристики на въздействието и органични увреждания

Зависимостта към различни психоактивни вещества е едно от най-големите предизвикателства пред съвременното общество. Най-употребяваната дрога в световен мащаб според последните данни е канабисът. Действието му върху различни органи и системи е многостранно проучено, но въпреки това злоупотребата с канабиноиди продължава да бъде свързвана с леки вреди за човешкото здраве. Целта на настоящия обзор е да предостави най-нови, свързани с мащабни проучвания данни за механизмите на действие на канабиноидите и уврежданията на различни органи, които те причиняват, тъй като информираността от надеждни източници е първа стъпка в разпознаването и справянето с проблема.
