Съвременни аспекти в диагностиката и лечението на сепсиса

епсисът е глобален проблем на общественото здраве и една от най-честите причини за смърт в световен мащаб. Въпреки интензивните проучвания относно патогенетичните механизми и напредъка в терапевтичното поведение при септични пациенти леталитетът глобално е около 20%. Дефинициите, използвани в областта на сепсиса, се развиват динамично. В резултат на мултицентрови проучвания поради осъзната необходимост от стратегически промени в диагностично-терапевтичните подходи при сепсис през 2016 г. са утвърдени Третите международни консенсусни дефиниции за сепсис и септичен шок (Сепсис-3), публикувани от Европейското дружество по интензивна медицина и Дружеството по реанимационна медицина. Настоящият литературен обзор разглежда съвременни аспекти в диагностиката и лечението на сепсиса.
