Бърнаут при студенти по медицина

През последните години бърнаут синдромът при студентите по медицина се утвърждава като значим проблем в контекста на медицинското образование. Още по време на обучението при част от студентите се наблюдават прояви на емоционално изчерпване, дистанцирано отношение към учебната дейност и понижено усещане за лична ефективност, които в много случаи се засилват при навлизане в клиничната практика. Настоящият литературен обзор разглежда разпространението, рисковите фактори, последствията и възможните подходи за превенция на бърнаут синдрома сред студентите по медицина. Акцентът е поставен върху съвременното състояние на проблема и върху тенденциите в изследванията през последното десетилетие. Направените обобщения подчертават необходимостта от целенасочени и практически приложими мерки, насочени към подобряване на условията на обучение и опазване на здравето на студентите в учебната среда.
